We introduced the Maximo software to Hong Kong back in 1995, with Swire Properties as our first client of Maximo IBM acquired Maximo in 2006 and made it into the world’s leading software in Enterprise Asset Management Systems. As we have been involved with the software for so many years, the Lexco team collectively has over 80 years of Maximo software implementation experience. As a result, we have implemented over 90 percent of the Maximo projects locally. We have also implemented Maximo projects in China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, UK and the USA.

• ARCHIBUS

Archibus is the world’s leading CAFM system software. We introduced the software to the Hong Kong market back in 1992 and have since implemented many Space Management Systems to many different local and Asian clients including ALL the universities throughout Hong Kong.

• FMC

FMC is the leading FM software company in China with a list of enviable blue chip customers including Alibaba, Huawei, Shun Fung Express, China Overseas Development, ICBC, Excellence Group etc. It specializes in FM software development, particularly in the area of integration with BIM, IoT and BMS systems.

• APERTURE

Aperture is a Visual FM system. Through our affiliated company, PLANEX CONSULTANTS LTD. in Vancouver, we have implemented many Aperture systems for clients in Canada and in the USA.

• ANACLE

We have established s strategic business alliance with Anacle which is the leading Facility Management Software company that has dominated the Singapore FM market with its Asset Management software. We are also the OEM partner for Anacle for the development of their mobile applications.

• FM SYSTEMS

FM Systems is a US based integrated FM software which specializes in Space Management and Works Order Management. We have implemented their system for Goldman Sachs as well as KCRC, in the areas of Space Management, Move Management and Lease Management. We have also implemented it for for Li & Fung for managing its facilities worldwide.

• VFA

Vanderweill Facility Advisors has been the leading proponent of Facility Life Cycle costing. Through their service and technology, they have implemented many such systems for various corporate and institutional clients, mostly in North America. Facility Life Cycle Costing is gradually gaining the attention of the local FM community and VFA has partnered with Lexco in making presentations to the various local universities and the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong

• FACILITECH

Our former associates from Planex Vancouver has implemented a number of Cleaning Management Systems utilizing the Facilitech Software System, for a number of health care facilities in Western Canada. It has proven to be an effective cost savings system for many facilities in which cleaning is a major component of their expenses. We are working with Facilitech in the development of such systems for the Asian market.

• DECISION SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES

An Airport Management software which we introduced to Hong Kong back in 1995 and have since successfully implemented the 398A and 398C Commercial Management Systems for the new Hong Kong International Airport. Since then, using our experience gained through this initial implementation, we have subsequently successfully implemented the system for the Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto international airports.
