HISTORY

Established as Planex Facility Management Inc. in 1988 in Vancouver, Canada, we were one of the first companies to introduce CAFM technology to the Canadian market. With the establishment of Planex HK Limited in 1992, we introduced Facility Management to the Hong Kong market and established the first chapter of the International Facility Management Association ( IFMA ) outside of North America. Through the initial years of growth, we have rapidly established ourselves as the premiere Facility Management technology companies in Asia, implementing various FM solutions for major corporate and institutional clients, until our acquisition by Citex ( now Arcadis ) a leading international facility management firm in 1998.

In May 2005, some of our original team regrouped as Lexco Limited, re-establishing ourselves as the leading FM solutions provider in the industry. We also teamed with IBM as a premiere Gold partner in providing Maximo solutions to many of our clients.

Over the last 10 years, we have been focusing on innovative areas of developments such as Mobile FM Applications, and FM integration with BIM, BMS, GIS, IoT and ERP Systems.
